Arduous process for sure. At least 4 interviews including a video recording of responses to questions as well as a role playing session with several managers in the group. It definitely weeds out individuals not completely interested and possibly candidates who are not too confident.

Lengthy interview process but overall that is a good thing. It allows both the interviews and interviewees an opportunity to determine that they are a good fit for one another. I had a total of 4 interviews.
