I was referred to Cornestone by a current employee. My process began with a phone interview with a recruiter who then passed me to a phone interview with the director of the team. Each phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. I then was scheduled for an on site interview where I interviewed with five different people. A few days later I was provided an offer and gladly accepted.

I had the 3 part interview at a Hotel Conference Room. I was greeted by a nice Director. The first part was with a Recruiter. She asked me behavioral questions. The Next part was with a Technical Director. I did a short Online Course on the Global Search process, then I was asked questions utilizing Mock Call Scenarios. The last part was with a Team Lead and a Global Support Director. It was relaxed and to the point. I was treated nicely the whole time. It was a smooth process. They advised that I will hear from them in the following week.

There were three interviews. A personal / soft skills interview, a technical interview, and a conversation with a director. All interviews were thorough and informative. Culture was highlighted as very important.
