I have been interviewed for the position of Performance Test Engineer. Although my interview was very good but unfortunately I was not selected for further rounds of interview. It is fine that I am not selected for further rounds of interview but it is my request to the HR team and the higher management that do cross check whether this is not happening with every other candidate who are been interviewed by the same interviewer. If so then there is something wrong with the interviewer intentions. Also I have seen many reviews on Glassdoor about politics at CSOD office from the former and currently working employees and my unselection is making me feel about the same. Anyways, I wish CSOD a great success ahead. Also if anyone else have faced the similar issue then do write you interview experience.
