Zoom interview with the director of finance about 30 min.
One on one interview with the VP of finance.
Interview process consisted of three stages: first with HR, then with the Hiring Manager, and finally with the VP. The overall process was relatively straightforward and not particularly technical or in-depth. Most of the questions focused on previous work experience, but there was limited deep exploration of specific scenarios or achievements.
The interviews felt more like an introduction to the company and its vision. In my experience, the company was presented in a very enthusiastic way, with a strong emphasis on growth and opportunity

Interview
Unfortunately I did not get an opportunity to interview. The Coro recruiter set-up an initial call but canceled about at the time of the call for personal reasons. She mentioned she would send another link to reschedule the call. After not receiving a subsequent email I emailed her 3 more times over the period of 2 weeks with no response. Probably a blessing in disguise as this unprofessionalism this early in the process is potentially a reflection on other aspects of the company.
