Interview
Four separate interviews beginning with the recruiter, and ending with VP and Senior Buyer. There was extreme miscommunication between all levels of management through the entire process. Obviously, HR, mid level management and senior management were not on the same page.

Question 1
At the end of the final interview they asked if I had experience buying for the automotive industry. Not once was I asked, in the three previous interviews, if I had that qualification.
