Interview
Just two, to the point interviews with a quick response on the decision. Relevant interview questions and no dodging of any questions I asked. Prompt turn around time between interviews as well.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Corpay in Dec 2023
Interview
The recruiter reached out in response to my application via LinkedIn. It was a pleasant conversation / phone screen where basic questions were covered i.e. role, salary expectations, overview of the company and culture. After this, there were 2 separate video interviews with peer product owners / managers. Questions dealt with product ownership, behavioral, mostly. The final round was with the hiring manager and senior management. This was a working session, where the hiring manager proposed a case topic and I had about 45 minutes to come up with features and user stories for this. Time was given for clarifying questions and at the end, about 10 minutes for a review or presentation of my thoughts and the process. The interviews were pleasant, people lovely to talk to and I got the impression that folks are really happy with their work life there. I really enjoyed the working session with the hiring manager. It was a great abstract topic, nowhere near what I was expecting, which made it all the more fun! The recruiter kept tabs on coordinating everything and communicating as soon as tey heard of any updates. I really appreciated that. Overall a great interview process!
