We had a initial round of Aptitude around 60 candidates and 24 of us got shortlisted. The second round was brainstorming and presentation round as 6 in a team. Totally 4 teams. We did it but I don't know how they are shortlisting. Even not giving feedbacks when asked. And in the final round asking only cross questions from resume and nit any technical. With that they came up with final shortlist that too favouritism played a major role. You know what I mean.
