I applied for this position online and one week later I received an email inviting me for a telephone interview. I could choose the day and time for the interview. The day of the interview arrived and I received a last minute email saying that my interviewer needed to reschedule the interview. So I chose another day and time. I finally had the interview and all went well. Normal questions for an interview.

It was a long process. First I had a call with the recruiter, then a follow up call and then an in person interview. I had an on-site skills test at the interview.

Interview
Very straight forward. Phone interview comes first, then an in person interview with the area leader. Typical interview kinds of questions. Second/final interview is another in person where you sit in for an hour or two and try a little bit of work as well as see how you fit in the environment. There is also a background check.
