At first, it was an HR call on the phone, next we scheduled an interview, and then I was supposed to receive an offer but I didn't receive one which was weird as I was told that I would receive one.

The overall process proceeded smoothly, culminating in a technical interview. However, after this crucial phase, there was a conspicuous absence of communication regarding my application status. I neither received an acknowledgment of acceptance nor any feedback for rejection. Such a lack of correspondence not only leaves applicants in a state of uncertainty but also raises concerns about the professionalism of the organization's recruitment process.
