Phone screen, met w/ Sr Devs, then met with entrepreneurial CEO. Good leadership team and office was in a great location. The HR rep met me at the front door and I didn't have to wait long. Favorable experience.

Pretty Straight Forward. Two interviews. Nothing too hard. Phone interview with the group in Wisconsin and a face to face in the KC office. The interview didn't ask any pressing questions, was just more to get to know you, work ethic, and if how you interacted with other people.

Simple and Straightforward - met with my boss (the hiring manager) in person. He liked me well enough to set up an interview with the CEO which was done over the phone. Both meetings were easy and comfortable. Never felt pressure to commit or to guard my words. The ease of the interviews was part of the reason I was excited to join
