The interview was pretty straightforward. Asked a few questions. Like tell me about yourself.. why do you want to work for Costa? What skills do you bring? Etc. it was with the store manager

Basic questions. Tell me about yourself? why do you want to work for Costa?
Terrible interview structure and the mangers had no idea what they were doing. Questions weren’t necessary to the job interviewing for. Told them that it was a barista job and they told me that they were looking for a supervisor but the job was barista because they didn’t want to oay
Interview day. Was invited to a group interview and had an informal chat with member of staff and was asked to make a drink using coffee machine and how you would deal with allergies.

Very chill just ask you general questions about how you work as a team and how you come over challenges. I was also asked about some gaps in my CV and why there was a gap in jobs searchinf
