Telephone interview this was then followed up with a face to face interview in the store. I was then called 2 days later and offered the role which I accepted and then started with Costa around one week laywr
Very relaxed interview however done in professional way, was just over an hour.
Seemed a great way to conduct interview, and understand the company as well as being asked relevant questions
You had to do a swot analysis and then it was generally a chat about the role and the company. The area manager let me know there was an internal candidate so I wasn't too disappointed when I didnt get it.
