I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Woodinville, WA) in Jun 2014
Interview
It was a simple interview with basic questions. It was casual and relaxing. I had two managers interview me. They were really friendly and treated me like an old friend talking about college and other stuff. The whole process took about two weeks. I applied online and got a call 3-4 days later. Had an interview about a week later and two days after the interview I received a call for orientation.

Question 1
Have you ever dealt with a difficult customer and how did you handle it? Have you ever felt rushed and how did you do under pressure? Have you ever multitasked different situations and how did you assign priority?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. If you're lucky, you'll do two rounds because two managers in the room are two interviews. Then the final interview is with the warehouse manager. Be on time; I cannot stress that enough, as Costco is a very time-sensitive type of position. You only have a three-minute grace period to clock in at your normal hours. Emphasize that you are very prompt and are ready to work through the probation period.

Pretty standard process, arrive at store location and interview with hiring manager. Manager was prompt and knowledgeable, thanked me for being on time. Asked good questions and gave me room to answer sufficiently.
