I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied online. Was called (by 4 different locations within 3 days) and met with an assistant warehouse manager and senior hearing aid specialist for all of 10 minutes. They didn't ask too many questions, as they had my resume, saw that I had worked for many years for a national chain, and this location was clearly desperate to fill the position. Frankly, nobody wants to work in this department at this location, due to the management and clientele-horrific management and a tough crowd! I was called within 2 hours of leaving the location, offered the job, and asked to come in for a drug test and background check the next day (after repeatedly being asked if I was sure I'd pass the drug test--of note--I've never even smoked marijuana and certainly don't come across as a user).
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Clovis, CA)
Interview
Easy and straightforward. Be honest and be open to any opportunity that is available and hopefully your schedule is open to those opportunities. Get to know your supervisor/managers names. If hired ask to come on your day off if there is payroll available.

Question 1
My time availability and interest in other opportunities.
I applied online. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale
Interview
3 part interview. First time I met with an entry level manager, asked simple questions. They mostly are looking for you to answer all their questions. Don’t say I don’t know or pass. Come up with something g. 2nd interview was with an area manager. Did an oral drug test, and had a few more questions. Last interview was with the assistant warehouse manager.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (The Woodlands, TX) in May 2018
Interview
Long and drug out for over a month just to meet in person then interviewed back to back with other candidates with some managers who seemed less than thrilled to be doing there with you.
