Interview
Sat down with the HR manger and Front End manager. They asked me a bunch of basic interview type questions, most of which you can find online. Then because I did well, I immediately met with the assistant director who asked me questions mainly based on my prior employment.
I had 2 rounds of interviews with 3 managers. Only took about 1 hour per each one. Asked basic questions on why I would want the job. And how to handle the job.
It was very straight forward. I ended up getting the job. The interviewer was really nice, and it was a smooth hiring process. I have been working here a long time now, and I love it.

Strait fwrd retail questions but mostly about yourself and why or how you would be a good fit. Also history of retail work including challenges you've overcome and how you handled customer situations
