Extensive understanding of the company is crucial--- not just history, but knowing its culture and philosophy is key.
Resume should be kept as succinct and concise as possible.
The company is far more concerned with engaged people than it is with bullet points on a heavy linen stock of paper.
If you're not a teacher at heart, this isn't the job for you.
There were a lot of interviews - a total of 4 interviews. Often with the same people present. Standard questions. Just seemed time consuming for the role of assistant manager.
Asked about company policy and if I could see myself being a good fit for the company. Felt fair and honest. It involved 3 other managers at the same time.

Give me an example if a time I responded to a difficult employee.
It was very good experiance. Nice armosphere and proper questions. It took around 1 hour. Got very fast responce and feedback. I can recomend every one who wants to apply. Thank you.
