Interview
Went for the job fair that Costco St. John's was hosting on site, on a Sunday evening. Got two rounds of interviews. The first one I had two interviewers who were really friendly, professional and made you feel comfortable. Had a very positive experience with them. Then I was asked to wait for the second interview, that was done by one of the Store Assistant Managers, again very professional and easy going interview. Very knowledgeable interviewer who was ready to answer all kinds of questions I had. The interviews by themselves were of average difficulty, packed with a lot of good questions. If you want to succeed and get it easy, do your homework, read through the tips regarding Costco Interviews online and also here. ;) Good luck! Interview
Simple series of questions after picking up application off membership desk. Few questions by payroll on work authorisation, schedule availability and past retail experience. They just want to know you're competent enough to deal with members.
