Very difficult if Costco does not already employ you. You can try as an outsider wanting to get in, and even as a contractor, it isn't easy. You have to hit the sweet hiring spot to get hired on being outside of the Costco company. There are 2 rounds of interviews and if you match well with a current employee they will always go with the current employee over the outsider.
