1st stage was a Telephone interview with HR
Took a few days to actually happen but think it this was due to the recruiter?
2nd stage was a F2F interview with VP
Long gap between this interview and the next due to it being Christmas
3rd stage was a F2F with another VP
This was a very short interview

The question was based on their brand values. I was asked to give an example of situation / achievement in my life that you feel explains the Brand values

Interview
Four stages, application, then you will be interviewed by four different partners within the company, each with their own set of questions. Then the four will decide if you are a good canidate. This process will take a full day and then you will be subjected to drug and background check.

Most of the questions are primarily what you would expect from an interview. However sometimes the questions get off base and you might be asked questions that have absolutely nothing to do with the position in which you are interviewing for.
