They literally have you fill out a pack and hire you on the spot without a full background check going through first. And they will hire ANYONE, even the people who come back who shouldn't because they were horrible to begin with!

My first interview back in early 2010s the staffing coordinator flirted with me and was told to start. Second time I was told to just come back and fill out paper work. I don't have a recorder, but what if something happened that I ended up with one while I was gone.
