Overall good experience during 3 rounds of interviews. HR phone screen, hiring manager, and skip level manager. Interviewers will evaluate candidacy with the leadership principles. Interviewers are very structured and followed up to very details in the behavior questions.

An example of the most challenging project. They followed up with lots of questions, including stakeholders feedback, how to convince the team and keep progress. They also asked technical details for my project.

Recruiter reached out first. Had a phone interview with the hiring manager, then follow up was never done on promised time, multiple phone tags, etc. Felt like they expect you to be the one accommodating their schedule 100 percent. Based on my experience, recruiting shows the glimpse of company culture. In this case, dont feel like my time being respected at all, thus withdrew.
