I interviewed at Covalent Metrology (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
good, structured. 3 rounds of interviews. First one with the hiring manager then with the CTO and then again with the hiring manager to discuss day-to-day activities and understand projects that I would like to lead/work on.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Covalent Metrology in Aug 2022
Interview
3 rounds of interviews: first interview with directors, second 5 hours technical interviews with different people: managers, scientists and engineers. Then, an interview with the CEO. 3 letters of recommendations sent. At the end a call from the hiring responsible to tell me that I am selected for the job but they should wait for a contract with a big company. Didn't hear from them after that call (2.5 months). I tried to contact them but they do not reply to my e-mails. If you care about your career, think twice before signing for them.

Interview
Unfortunately, my experience didn't go beyond the phone call with the recruiter from TalentPair. They talked to me on the phone for quite a while and discussed everything about the job and my background. It was super disappointing and insulting that they didn't have the courtesy to get back to me with a decision, even after a couple of attempts to reach out to them and ask nicely. Advice to Covalent: a recruiter really represents the first impression a candidate might have of your company, and in your case it wasn't bright.
