assessed over phone and then a face to face interview- lots of competency based questions from two managers . whole process lasted for about 1.5 hours and was conducted on site of branch where job was advertised

Several stages, very thorough, clear communication
,very easy to deal with throughout. Representative was very pleasant and kept in touch throughout the process. Would recommend applying if a role suits.
