A lot of parts to the interview.. Wonderlic test, 45 minute phone interview, 2 in person interviews, a tour of their beautiful building, and finally "project day" This is where they give you a brief presentation about their software, give you 20 minutes to memorize as much as you can, and then pretend to be the customer while you pretend to be the account coordinator by answering any questions they have. Make sure you know what an account coordinator does and what CMM does. Their website has a lot of useful information! Tough interview but one of the best experiences I've ever had interviewing! They really want to make sure you know what you'll be doing on the job so there are no surprises. Great experience
