4 rounds of interviews, phone screening, 2 rounds of panels on the same day of different level members of the team then 1 on 1 with department leadership. Another position unexpectedly made me interview with a psychologist and take an IQ test; I passed, corrected the psychologist on one of their incorrect questions, still got an offer but turned that one down.

Question 1
All the basic questions, walk through resume, greatest accomplishment, and strengths and weaknesses ... they could be a bit more creative with those. Also got asked a brain teaser: walk us through estimating how many pounds of meat McDonals sells a year.
