Asked a few questions about resume then asked various questions asking how you would react to different scenarios. They want to hear how you handled difficult people and scenarios. The questions vary but they are all about experiences and your reaction to those experiences.

It's in star format. Totally senseless questions. They make you feel intimidated and basically set you up for failure. Your dealing with a blue collar group here so don't try to be to flashy because it will probably go right over their heads. Just be yourself. If they like your persona then chances are you will be selected.
