      They use the star interview. Which is a panel and very difficult. They want ypu to answer questions in a very specific manner. And hire based on answers. Not experence.

      Applied online at the cox website, got an email the next day setting up a phone interview, after the phone interview they set you up with a panel interview with the district supervisors. After that they wait a bit then give you call back if you got the job.

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cox Communications in May 2018

      Applied online through website. Got scheduled 2 phone interviews both being STAR. Then got Interviewed with three supervisors they were very by the book, but joked some and they asked the typical questions you would expect and used the star method for personality traits the interview lasted about an hour and thirty minutes they had a script they had to go through and then at the end of the process combined their notes and decide whether I was worthy of the position of course after I left the premises. After this it was a drug test. (Urinalysis) Then it was a physical and some other general job excercises.
