was a standard app until i made it to the diversity page. 4 questions were presented but only 3 of them had an option not to identify. a mandatory question on the job application for Cozen O’Connor asked the following: *4. LGBTQQIAP I identify as LGBTQQIAP. I do not identify as LGBTQQIAP. never in my life have i seen such a question on a job app; much less as being a requirement, much less as part of an application for a law firm. isn't there some sort of law against that?
