They have a typical three-step interview process. The initial interview covered my experience and an overview of the position. The second interview was a technical interview, which I thought was especially difficult. This interview included three separate problems, one in C# and the other two in SQL. The interview lasted over two hours. The third interview was a leadership interview, which felt like a pretty common behavioral assessment.
