I waited a long time before the hiring manager joined me in the middle if a crowded and loud diningroom. I was told that they had integrity and would call me with a decision wither way. That was not true. I had to call twice to get an answer. When I talked to HR the lady said oh didn't you get an email. Way to go Cracker Barrel! Great integrity!

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via Indeed and we set up a time for a phone interview. This was a short interview mostly reviewing my job history. Next was a call from a district manager to discuss the job a little more in detail. Then a face to face interview was setup at the restaurant.

Interview process very nice after you apply you do a video interview and take some assessments if they like you they reach out pretty quickly always on time for appointments told you what the next step was and they do not leave you hanging
It was just a basic conversation where I talked about my skills and they said what they needed. It was really laid back, but I still had all my questions answered.
