The staff was very nice and the manager was interviewing me within 5 minutes of my being there. Due to this job not being overly selective, most of the questions centered around whether you were dependable, able to show up on time, and willing to conform to their scheduling.

They sent me an email confirming a time and day, then told me to come back later because it was "too busy". Came back and waited almost an hour for a 5 minute interview along with another guy for the same position. The manager interviewed me and said the hiring manager wasn't in today. Pretty disorganized.
Just met with GM for a quick interview and got hired on the spot; asked about previous experience and availability. Very casual and quick process overall. Was also scheduled for orientation
Simple and to the point. Met with a manager and was asked basic questions. Where have you worked and what is your goals in the future. I applied for dishwasher so you wouldn't expect complicated questions.
