It was great. It sets you up for success in your role. It also gave me some ideas as to how to move my current business forward. It was two district managers who bounced questions off each other. I was made to feel comfortable.

Interviewer never once looked at my resume, looked at my CB application and said "i have waiters I need to fill in part time position". I replied I was there for the management job.

Where did you go to school, you must be smart, huh
Open ended questions about past work. What are my skills and qualifications. Where do I see myself in 5 years. Why am I a good fit for the company. Took about 2 hours and laid back setting.

Phone Interview, personality test, second face-to-face interview. The process took several weeks to complete which was frustrating. I was relatively available at the time, so it definitely felt like I was working around their schedule which made me feel not wanted.

Math portion was unexpected and quite long. I am relatively good at math so did not struggle with it, but took my time through it because I wanted to do my best. I thought it was excessive but went with the flow.
