leadership skills as well communication are involved.
Schedule and flexibility are also taken into consideration.
Being strong in communication as well as knowing the training program will help a lot with this interview

They asked how I would work on training an employee who clear was not understanding their roll they were hired for
Was easy. the people interviewing me were rude. My Gm was not the best person and it was a mistake to even apply. I wish that I just didn't. and I suggest not.
