One interview with two people by video conference. Fast paced, no ice breaker, a strict schedule was outlined: 3 min intro, 22 mins for interview questions, 4 mins for my questions, 1 min next steps. It was a rapid fire of 9 complex questions over 22 mins. They must have been short on time, and/or I was just a check box so they could meet their quota on a certain number of interviews.
