In person and on Zoom, meeting with the team and discussing my psychological test results. Straight forward in keeping with companies of similar size and scope. Very pleasant experience, enjoyed meeting the team and seeing the beautiful office space. They live their values there. The work culture is great from the top down, and it shows in the interview process.
