Decisions in my childhood that I made. Completely off topic and not pertinent. They were trying to invade my life which is and was inappropriate.
The interview was nice, informal and easy but the problem was post-interview.
I've been through 3 stages of their hiring process (phone interview + 2 interviews in person), also answered an online questionnaire, took days off and travelled far to attend those meetings and after the last one they simply ignored me. No one ever got back to me with any updates and, after I sent them an e-mail requesting an update, they ignored this e-mail for more than a week until someone answered asking me to call them when I'm free (I did and no one answered/returned the call). It's very shocking how unprofessional, disorganised and disrespectful to their candidates such a big company is. Their HR sector needs SERIOUS improvement. Crane really does need to rethink and update their processes.
