Cransten interview questions

Started with a phone interview discussed my qualifications and skill sets. Met with interviewer at their office, went through an in depth interview discussing skills, situations and outcomes. Discussed the job expectations and requirements as well as compensation.

It was done by email and then video teleconference. Lasted for about an hour. Owner of business was the interviewer and he is a very nice individual. Hiring on was about a week long process.
