Conversational interview. Talk about your interest in interior design and what draws you to C&B. The company culture is very much about bringing people in that want to be involved in home sales be it kitchen, décor, entertaining, or furnishing. Crate and barrel is also a signature experience so make sure you understand the brand before heading to your interview.

What's one reason you want to work at Crate and Barrel?
Very chill laid back and easy. Nice guy interview me. Interview was done in the store out in the open on a table that was up for display. No hard questions got offered the job on site.
I applied for a seasonal position online and was invited to interview during their open house within about a week or so. They offered me the position and I was hired during the interview.

I had two in-person interviews. The first with an assistant manager and the next with the store manager. I felt very comfortable and was asked the usual questions. The process lasted around 2 weeks.
