Interview
I went through a series of interviews, 5 to be exact. I really enjoyed meeting everyone and they all seemed to be extremely kind. I was getting excited about the role since I invested about 4 hours getting to know the people as well as the company. The last person I met was just hired that week. He was also kind but was unprepared for the interview. He had not reviewed my work and kept forgetting his questions . He explained to me he wanted to build a new team and even told me they were looking for someone like me who could wear many different hats.
After thinking I nailed the last interview and investing my time, I got an email saying they changed the role ( to what was never explained to me) and they are not going to continue with my application anymore.
I have never in my life been through so many interviews and then be turned away like that. This was extremely disappointing since everyone seemed to be genuine. But to make someone go through 4 hours of interviews. meet 5 different team members, and then not really know what you are looking for is just unprofessional to me. I feel they made a huge mistake and already being a start up brand you are making a bad impression.
If you do get an interview with this place remember that this could happen since I see someone else went through the same situation.

Interview
Very easy and brief process. Applied online and interviewed in person where the SEO manager and content manager asked me about my previous experiences and passion for startup culture.

Interview
Phone screen, engineer lead, and later CTO. The interviews went well but halfway through the last interview we both realized that my experience lacked in diversity of frameworks and it wasn't a perfect fit.
