Quick and easy. However interviewers were lacking in tack. Which made it hard to answer certain questions due to personal privacy. I did not enjoy the way I was interviewed and hope that they hire better interviewers,

How would you feel if you had to work unexpected overtime without pay?
Discussed my prior work experience and talked about the position and duties as well as the company background and product. Overall, it was a very pleasant process and the interview team was very responsive!

Tell me about your prior roles in customer support/service?
It was an unorganized interview with little to no structure. The company and team were described well but the job description was not clearly defined. A quick Google of how to conduct an interview and appropriate questions to ask could greatly improve this process in the future. The follow-up emails received after the interview were poorly written and borderline rude.
The interview format was not formal because you had previously worked with an existing team member and were recommended. Thanks for the feedback on the OCD question, I will rephrase the question in the future. The customer service team is a small team and being able to take direct feedback and then apply it or quickly iterate based on the feedback is important.
