Creative Age interview questions

Two interviews, department manager and then you are ask to come back and meet with the dept team with portfolio. Team evaluates and ask questions about your projects you submitted from your portfolio.

Pretty basic. Presented portfolio. They do consumer layouts for a business-to-business magazine portfolio. I noticed many of the art directors have their own office, which is positive. They wanted to know why I jumped around so much (I was intentionally freelancing from job to job).
