It was the best process ever. My direct supervisor asked me to do a little mini assignment and present it to the other people in the department. It was a chance for me to show off my skills and the way my mind works. Definitely the best way to interview someone!

Question 1
The folks in the room asked me questions based off of the mini assignment I did. It was challenging (and exciting) because I had to think on my feet for the answers. I wasn't prepared for questions, but it was a nice way to see how intelligent and engaged my co workers are.
