The process was easy but the management is the worst.
They are hiring for a key role in tech but do not know how to treat the candidates.
First, a call with the Tech Co-founder is scheduled which went very well post which the CEO invited me to have a discussion which also went well.
Post that another call with the same tech co-founder was scheduled but this time it was a tech architecture round which went great and feedback was positive.
After this was a hell of a ride and I was told that the company(/ CEO) wants to talk to a few other candidates because they can not finalize on the first candidate even though the feedback was super positive.(yeah right!)
I could not wait for longer so joined another company,but after joining another comany, I got a call from Credihealth that the CEO has decided that I am the right person and wants to talk again to discuss the numbers.
I decided to go forward and at least explore since I like working with challenging startups.
The call happened on schedule and CEO told me to come to a central place for final closure.
A day before we were supposed to meet, again I got a call from the Credihealth; this time from HR;(she was never in the picture before) that the meeting can not happen as the CEO is busy.
After that I tried following up multiple times with HR and CEO but no response came.
I would like to tell the prospective candidates to not get fooled by this company and save your as well as Credihealth's time by not entertaining them at all.
For the CEO, I would like to say that please bring in some professionalism and understand the value of time for other's as well.
