HR Round:
The HR round was very informative and engaging. It was more like a discussion rather than a Q&A session. After explaining about the company structure and the role, She got to know my job profile, few scenario based questions. It was a nice discussion of about 30 mins.
Director/Recruiting Manager Round:
This was kind of managerial/technical questions. Given the nature of the job, questions revolved around project management experience, resource management, scenario based questions, and then few technical questions on spring and jms etc .Though I was anxious for the result, I felt positive after this discussion.
Panel Interview:
It was a panel of 4 people. I would say, a lot of good questions with Technical Depth. Questions revolving around Spring, Spring Boot, Integration technologies like JMS, Brokers, Transactions, performance improvement scenarios, Unix etc. It went for nearly an hour.
