Long and drawn out. This company found me through their 3rd party recruiter. Setting up the initial interview was fast, within a week or so of hearing about the role. After that is where it went downhill. It would take weeks for the company to respond to the recruiter. The feedback was all positive, but the action was delayed, twice. Once I did meet with the team, the questions asked had nothing to do with the role ie - my college GPA, where I lived and how long the commute was. After waiting around for two months with this company, I withdrew my name from the running due to the horrible in person interview experience.
