Applied on-line and interviewed next day. I arrived 10 minutes early for the interview to find John Prell was not in the office yet. 20 minutes later he walked in the door without introducing himself and said - hey let's go in here...This interview was a complete waste of my time. I extended my hand to introduce myself and he waved my hand off saying he was a germ-a-phobe and hated to shake hands. I offered my resume/reference sheet to him and he waved this off saying he could not touch paper. Whoa...what in the world kind of guy is this? Then he slid a paper over to me with a math problem on it and said - solve this...it was a sq. ft word problem. At this point, I could tell he was a real winner...his questions were sarcastic and demeaning - this guy is obviously "difficult"...extremely peculiar. - I told him I did not want to waste his time or mine and I walked out.
