Interview
I gave an online assessment, which was an average one. I had 30 mins to complete around six questions. The question comprises multiple choice, very short, and coding problems. Coding problems were average and the multiple-choice question and short question were easier.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Crescendo Technology in Mar 2022
Interview
Long first interview with HR.
Straightforward test in R.
Panel interview with IT and ML team.
After 3 rounds of interviews I was told that in a few days I'll receive a case study but didn't hear back from them since then which I found to be a bit unprofessional.
Here's the interview process:
The initial interview was longer than other behavioral interviews. It took about 1 hour but moslty consisted of routine HR questions.
R test on some basic R functionalities such as merging cleaning, transfering, etc.
The technical team were professional and nice but they stroke me as a young and developing team. There are defenietly areas for them to improve.
