Crestview Aerospace interview questions

The interview process was straightforward, and I had what I believed to be a positive conversation with the hiring manager. I was told I would hear back within two weeks regarding a decision. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication. I even sent a polite follow-up email but received no response or feedback. While I understand that a company isn’t obligated to provide extensive feedback, some form of closure, especially after indicating a timeline and it goes a long way in maintaining professionalism. The complete lack of communication reflects poor judgment on the company's part when it comes to candidate experience. It’s disappointing and leaves a negative impression of their hiring practices and as a result, I would not consider any roles in this company in the future.
