Interview
They expect you to have done homework on each website, a little company history and to have tried playing around on the website to see what the experience is like. Minimum of two interviews. People are tried out at base rate before any additional salary. They are "pay for results" folks. End of the year bonuses are usually given out based on the successor the year.
