Interview
There were three interviews in total, as well as a writing assessment. Each of the interviews went well and the questions I was presented with were relatively straightforward. After making it to the final round with a Director, I was informed I would be contacted shortly. I waited over a month but heard nothing. I eventually sent a follow-up email to HR which was completely ignored. A few weeks later the job was re-listed but this time without the salary range that was initially provided. After seeing this, I once again reached out to HR and was informed I had not been selected.
Although the individuals I spoke with seemed pleasant, the lack of transparency and communication made this process beyond frustrating.
Relatively straightforward, 3 calls, quick process, good communication and received an offer. Always knew where I stood in the process. Asked simple personality and behavioral questions. No technical questions. Interested in background, asked about future goals, weaknesses, strengths, compensation expectations.
